New York, NY – Elon Musk has responded with apparent shock and disbelief to allegations that Ashley St. Clair, the woman suing him for paternity and full custody of a five-month-old boy, had been planning to have his child since 2023.
The tech billionaire, 53, reacted on X (formerly Twitter) with exclamations of “Woah” and “Yikes” after supporters posted claims that St. Clair, 26, deliberately manipulated him into fatherhood.

Leaked Messages Suggest Alleged Plot
Musk’s reaction followed a viral post by influencer Isabella Moody, who shared private text messages from 2023, allegedly proving that St. Clair had planned to “baby-trap” Musk.

“I wasn’t going to post these, but now that @stclairashley has leaked her private Signal messages with @elonmusk, here’s more evidence Ashley planned to baby-trap Elon,” Moody wrote on X, tagging Musk.
The post included a May 2023 message attributed to St. Clair that read:
“Look, I’ll take one for the team, seduce Elon, and get in a rocket to see what’s up.”

Musk responded to the revelations by commenting “Whoa!” on Moody’s post, which garnered nearly 20,000 likes.
He later reacted with “Yikes!” to a post by conservative influencer Laura Loomer, who also criticised St. Clair for allegedly ensnaring Musk in a “baby trap.”
Legal Battle Over Paternity and Custody
The social media storm comes just a day after St. Clair filed two lawsuits against Musk in Manhattan Supreme Court, seeking to legally establish him as the child’s father and gain full custody.

As part of the paternity suit, St. Clair submitted several exhibits, including text exchanges with someone identified as “EM”, whom she claims is Musk.
In one of the texts, “EM” allegedly wrote, “I want to knock you up again,” in response to a photo sent by St. Clair. Another message reportedly shows St. Clair asking to meet Musk in person, to which “EM” responds, “Hmm ok. Well, I do have a legion of kids to make.”
Musk’s Expanding Family
The paternity filing also included a photo of Musk holding the alleged child, marking his 13th known offspring. The SpaceX and Tesla CEO currently has 12 confirmed children:
- 5 with first wife Justine Wilson
- 3 with pop star Grimes
- 2 with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis
Representatives for Ashley St. Clair have not yet responded to Musk’s comments or the allegations circulating on X.
As the legal battle unfolds, the controversy surrounding Musk’s growing family and the paternity dispute continues to generate intense public scrutiny.
