Katie Price and Kerry Katona are set to make a significant comeback to the music scene with an exciting new single collaboration. The two celebrities, well-known for their past music ventures, have announced plans to release new music after a long break from the industry.

Katie Price, 46, and Kerry Katona, 44, who have both previously dabbled in music, are currently starring together in a pantomime adaptation of Cinderella in Northwich, Cheshire.

Kerry echoed her excitement, celebrating their long-standing friendship and hinting that their debut single will soon be released.

This announcement is a surprise given both women’s musical histories, which ended on less-than-positive notes. Kerry first rose to fame in the early 2000s as a girl group Atomic Kitten member. Despite initially leaving the group, she later rejoined briefly in the 2010s, but a public altercation with bandmate Natasha Hamilton led to her departure in 2017.

Katie’s music career, while short-lived, also had its moments. In the mid-2000s, she and her then-husband Peter Andre released an album titled A Whole New World, reaching number 20 on the UK album charts. The album was initially recorded privately at home, but songs leaked online and drew the attention of Universal Music Group. However, Katie and Peter were later dropped from the label, and their marriage ended in divorce soon after.

Katie also made a bid to represent the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2005 but was unsuccessful. Her single “Free to Love Again” in 2010 failed to make the UK Top 40, and it seemed like her music career had ended.

After over a decade, Katie and Kerry are back together, ready to take another shot at chart success. Fans eagerly await their new single, hoping the duo’s revival could lead to a number-one hit. With a shared history of high-profile entertainment careers, it looks like 2025 could be the year Katie Price and Kerry Katona return to the spotlight with their musical comeback.
