Blake Lively turned heads on Saturday night at the LACMA Art + Film Gala 2024, where she showcased a stunning diamond chainmail dress by Australian designer Tamara Ralph.
The eye-catching creation, part of Ralph’s fall 2023 couture collection, was adorned with rose gold, pink, and topaz crystals, revealing a daring amount of skin with its skin-baring cut-outs.
The 37-year-old actress complemented the sultry ensemble with a vibrant tangerine silk-taffeta cape, which added an extra layer of glamour.
Lively further elevated her look with rhinestone-covered pink Christian Louboutin heels and sparkling Lorraine Schwartz jewellery featuring diamond hoop earrings and matching studs. Her signature loose, wavy blonde hair and shimmery gold eyeshadow completed the dazzling appearance.
The gala, held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, celebrated the artistic contributions of Simone Leigh and filmmaker Baz Luhrmann, both of whom Lively praised on Instagram. “[Luhrmann is] even more mischievous and magical in real life. He’ll grab your hand and run away from the gala with you to do an impromptu photoshoot because he’s inspired by everything,” she shared.
Although Lively has not appeared in any of Luhrmann’s films, she collaborated with him on her Vogue cover shoot earlier this year. Recently, the actress has been on a fashion roll, captivating audiences at the CFDA Awards 2024 with an all-white ensemble by Michael Kors.
Fans are eagerly anticipating Lively’s next appearance on the red carpet as she continues to set fashion trends.
