Trump to Hold Rally at Madison Square Garden Just Days Before Election

Former President Donald Trump will host a significant rally at New York City’s Madison Square Garden (MSG) on October 27, just nine days before Election Day, according to Fox News Digital.

This marks Trump’s second large rally in New York state this year, following his recent appearance at Nassau Coliseum on Long Island.

The event, expected to be first-come, first-serve, is anticipated to attract a massive crowd as campaign officials report growing interest in attending Trump’s rallies. The 19,500-seat venue is a significant step in Trump’s campaign efforts.

A campaign source said, “Like Coachella and others to come, MSG is because we are adding some huge venues because we are seeing very high interest in attending events.”

Trump’s previous rallies in New York have drawn huge crowds, including more than 60,000 ticket requests for the Nassau Coliseum rally, which only 16,000 could accommodate.

Another rally in the Bronx over the summer attracted 10,000 people, far exceeding the 3,500-person permit limit.

Trump has consistently drawn large audiences at rallies across the country. His second rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, drew over 20,000 attendees, and his May rally in Wildwood, New Jersey, saw more than 100,000 supporters.

Madison Square Garden, home to the New York Knicks and New York Rangers, has hosted significant political events, including the Republican National Convention in 2004 and several Democratic National Conventions.

During a recent campaign stop in Manhattan, Trump pledged to address crime in New York, saying he would “straighten out New York” by empowering law enforcement.

Trump expressed frustration over the city’s state: “New York has gotten so bad in the last three years, four years.”

Although deep-blue New York is unlikely to flip in the upcoming presidential race, Trump’s rally may provide momentum for Republicans down the ballot as they aim to maintain control of the House of Representatives in the November elections.
