The couple was seen arriving back at Barcelona airport, concluding their holiday with a luxurious cruise on Virgin Voyager’s Scarlet Lady.
Holmes, 64, was dressed casually in a navy jacket, matching trousers, and blue slip-on trainers, accessorised with aviator sunglasses. Alexander, 42, wore a stylish black vest, white trousers, and a red jumper draped over her shoulders. These were complemented by black sandals, oversized sunglasses, and a cream-and-black handbag.
The return to the UK comes at a tumultuous time for Holmes’s ex-wife, Ruth Langsford. The Sun has reported that Langsford has enlisted Catherine Costley, a high-profile divorce lawyer known for her work with figures like Paul McCartney, to handle her split from Holmes. Langsford, seeking a financial settlement from their 14-year marriage, is amid the legal proceedings.
Despite the ongoing divorce, Langsford was recently seen wearing her wedding ring during a public appearance at an Alzheimer’s Society fundraising event. The TV personality, an ambassador for the charity, attended the event at Painshill Park in Surrey, close to her marital home with Holmes.
Langsford, who put on a brave face, later enjoyed a takeaway with her son Jack, whom she shares with Holmes. She thanked fans for their support following the event.
