A woman identified only as Malgorzata has reported a harrowing case of prolonged captivity and abuse in Poland, where she claims to have been held as a sex slave for four years.
The alleged abuse occurred in a barn near Glogow, Poland.

Malgorzata’s ordeal came to light when she sought medical attention for a dislocated shoulder and revealed her extensive abuse to doctors.
According to her account, she was repeatedly raped, tortured, and kept in a barn with severe physical and psychological trauma. She also became pregnant and gave birth during her captivity.

Doctors discovered that Malgorzata had suffered severe facial injuries, including the removal of her teeth and lips. The alleged captor, Mateusz Jach, 35, has been charged with mental, physical, and sexual abuse.
A source close to the investigation told M10news that Jach reportedly conducted cruel experiments on Malgorzata, resulting in extensive facial damage. “The girl does not have lips now because of everything he had done to her. Her face is covered in bruises, and she has an open hole where her mouth is,” the source said.

Despite being hospitalised multiple times and giving birth, Malgorzata was reportedly too frightened to disclose her situation due to threats from Jach. She recounted her fear and the abusive conditions she endured, including being kept in a barn with no electricity, running water, or heating. The barn’s window had been bricked up, leaving her without sunlight or access to basic facilities.

Malgorzata met Jach through a dating site in 2019 and travelled to Gaiki, near Glogow, for their first meeting. She was subsequently imprisoned in the barn just meters from neighbouring properties.
During her captivity, she was forced to give up her baby for adoption, a decision she reportedly did not want to make. She also sustained numerous injuries, including broken bones and severe damage requiring surgery.

The case has drawn comparisons to the notorious Josef Fritzl, who imprisoned his daughter for 24 years and fathered seven children with her through rape.

Mateusz Jach, who denies all allegations, was arrested and charged with various forms of abuse on August 30. Malgorzata was transferred from a hospital in Glogow to a specialist facility, believed to be a psychiatric hospital, due to the severity of her condition.
