The couple, in the city for Paris Fashion Week, was seen dining at Gigi Paris on Thursday, where reports indicate West spent over $50,000 (£39,500) on the evening.
Censori, 29, attended the dinner in one of her daring outfits, donning an ensemble seemingly made from tape to form shorts and two straps across her chest. She posed alongside her stylist, Gadir Rajab, for photos posted on Instagram, unaware that her outfit was starting to come apart.
Pictures shared online show gaps forming between the tape on her legs, but Censori remained oblivious, confidently posing for the camera.
Reports suggest Kanye West, 47, hosted around 30 guests at a private apartment in Paris, splurging $40,000 (£31,600) on drinks alone. During their trip, Censori was spotted shopping in Ginza Six, Tokyo, wearing a sheer grey bodysuit without trousers.
