She thanked the people of Symi, Greek authorities, and the British Consulate for their tireless efforts in the search, adding, “We will not lose hope.”

Dr. Bailey initially raised the alarm when Michael did not return to their base in Pedi from St Nikolas Beach at 7:30 pm on Wednesday. The search intensified, and on Friday’s Good Morning Britain, ITV presenter Kate Garraway described the situation as “very worrying.”

Journalist Niki Kitsantonis, reporting from Greece, shared fears that Mosley might have slipped in the rugged terrain.

The mayor of Symi, Eleftherios Papakalodoukas, commented on the difficulty of locating Mosley, stating it was “impossible” for him to still be where witnesses last saw him due to the small size of the area.

Theories suggested that Mosley might have walked along a steep uphill road from Pedi, leading to “very dangerous” rocky terrain.

The search efforts, now in their fourth day, have shifted from the sea to the mountains. Police have reported finding “no trace of him” thus far.

The search has been challenging, with temperatures on the island reaching 40 degrees Celsius, increasing concerns for Mosley’s safety.

Mayor Papakalodoukas reiterated, “He came back from the beach, some people saw him but then his tracks were lost.” Fans of the familiar British TV face have been sharing their well-wishes, hoping for his safe return.
