According to Team Biden, the decision is final, stating to NBC News, “The debate about debates is over.
No more games.” The scheduled debates include one hosted by CNN on June 27 and another by ABC News on Sept. 10.
Former President Trump, known for his enthusiasm for debates, surprised many by announcing on Truth Social that he had accepted a fourth Presidential Debate against “Crooked Joe Biden,” this time with NBC & Telemundo.
He emphasised the importance of Republican engagement with the Hispanic community. This unexpected move stirred reactions as NBC News, previously not involved, reportedly rushed to join the debate discussions with the Biden campaign.
While both campaigns have expressed a willingness to consider a vice-presidential debate, the specifics remain unresolved.
