A British TV doctor has been removed from the medical register after offering a patient free Botox in exchange for sexual acts at one of his clinics, a move described as “predatory.”
Dr Tijion Esho, known for his appearances on popular shows like ITV’s This Morning and BBC’s Morning Live, admitted to an “improper emotional relationship” with a patient lasting nearly three years.

This patient, known for offering sexual services on platforms like OnlyFans and webcams, became entangled in a troubling dynamic with the cosmetic doctor.
The 42-year-old father-of-two, also known as Dr Oluwafemi Esho and dubbed the ‘King of Lips’, confessed to misbehaving by exchanging explicit messages on Instagram with the patient, driven by his sexual desires. However, he vehemently denied any physical encounters with her.
Despite his denials, a tribunal found substantial evidence against Dr. Esho. He was found to have provided the patient with complimentary Botox treatments at his Newcastle clinic in August 2021, allegedly in exchange for sexual favours.
Additionally, other instances of inappropriate behaviour were uncovered, including making inappropriate comments about the patient’s body, rubbing himself against her, and allowing her to perform sexual acts on him.

The 42-year-old has now been struck off the medical register after a tribunal found his fitness to work impaired after he exchanged Botox for sex at his Newcastle clinic.
The tribunal’s findings were damning, leading to Dr Esho’s removal from the medical register. The General Medical Council (GMC) expressed concerns about his limited insight into his actions and the predatory nature of his behaviour.
They emphasised the severity of his misconduct, particularly the exchange of medical services for sexual activity, which they deemed predatory and extremely serious.
Representing the council, Ryan Donoghue called for Dr Esho’s deregistration in response to the GMC’s concerns.
He highlighted the repeated and deliberate nature of the doctor’s actions, emphasising their predatory nature and the potential consequences if the GMC were to become aware of them.
Dr Esho, who was investigated by The Sun, chose to miss the tribunal hearing, citing family pressures.
